Please e-mail* us within 3 days of receiving your product (the day your product is marked as delivered) to request for a refund.
We only authorise refunds for all products of the following: product received is not as ordered (an incorrect item) or the product cannot be used due to a significant defect. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only upon authorisation.
We strictly do not authorise returns/refunds due change of minds or any other reason (other than the ones stated above) and for the following items:
Swimsuits, women's accessories, intimates and items which are no longer in their original packaging.
In the case of an incorrect item received, we will redeliver the correct item free of charge or provide a full refund if you wish.
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund has been authorised and processed. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
*Please include images of defect in your email to us; a partial to full refund in store credit is provided depending on the degree of defect.
ALL sale items are strictly non-refundable.
Return Policy (if you are required to return your product for a refund)
- All returned products must be shipped out with a tracking number within 7 days and arrive in the warehouse within 15 days from the day you received the product (the day your product is marked as delivered).
- Returned items must be unused.
- Returned items must have all tags attached to it and be in its original condition.
Note: Return label is not prepaid, therefore, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
